Partners programs

1. Solution Partners. These partners supply services and solutions which AIM is qualified and accredited to deliver directly to our clients. Our expertise regarding these products, and our procurement services, enable AIM to consult on, supply, install and support infrastructure based on these partners’ solutions that is suitable for each clients’ individual business.

2. Referral Partners. AIM recommends and collaborates with partners who provide their products and services directly to our clients. Our strong relationship with these providers means that we can advise on their services, and facilitate procurement, delivery and support for our clients.

3. Strategic Partners. We work with these partners whose products complement AIM's IT solutions. Their services can transform businesses and we work with our clients to identify where these providers can add real value.

Partnership

In addition to our own industry leading solutions, AIM provides a comprehensive range of products and services from partners whom we have identified as being leaders in their area of technical expertise. AIM remains an independent consultant, and only recommends the best solution for each client’s individual needs.  We assess new technology as it becomes available, and only recommend products or services that have passed our rigorous assessment process.

Our staff are formally accredited and trained, ensuring that they are fully equipped with the skills they need to implement and support the technologies of each of our partners. AIM has privileged access to the support teams of many of our partners, enabling us to escalate and resolve problems quickly on behalf of our clients.

However, we still pride ourselves on our independence. If there’s one thing that defines the our brand of consulting, it’s independence. We have solid relationships with vendors whose technologies our clients deploy, but those relationships never drive our decision-making. We’re tough evaluators of vendor’s claims—we have to see it to believe it. Our skepticism pays off for you in the form of solutions that work, expectations that are met, and objectives that are achieved.
